Important Note for April LSOM Student

We have become aware of a current issue that is preventing some people from being able to pay for the LifeSpring School of Ministry.
 
It appears that the issue is intermittent - meaning that not everyone seems to have been affected by this problem. 

We understand that this causes inconvenience for affected students, as payment is required before your course materials are unlocked.
  
We are working closely with LearnWorlds to resolve this issue. However, at this stage, they have not yet identified the specific cause. Once we determine what has gone wrong, we will correct the problems affecting access.
In the meantime, we have a temporary workaround that will allow people to subscribe to the correct payment plan.

Before you contact us:

Please make sure you are logged in correctly and try again.
If you are still affected, after you are logged in, follow these instructions.

To use this option, we will need you to email us with some details first. 
  • Go to the payment section of the website (using the details we provided separately) and view the payment options that appear.
  • Note the text describing the payment plan you wish to use for your course (e.g. “One Payment $1000,” “Two Payments of $525,” etc.).
  • Please remember that available plans may vary depending on the course.

Requesting the Fix

  • In your email, advise us of your chosen payment plan and frequency (e.g. “Pay Once $1000,” “2 × $525,” “3 × $375,” “12 × $120,” etc.).
  • Use the subject line “LSOM Payment Fix Request.”
  • Please do not request any payment options other than those listed on your payment page, as we will not be able to process unlisted options.

In Our Response

  • We will then email you an individual link to that specific payment plan (this is why it’s important to be clear and detailed).
  • Please ensure you provide the correct payment plan information. Any changes to your payment plan after signup will incur an additional  $50 administration fee.
  • Before signing up, confirm that the link we send matches your request by checking the text carefully.

Making a payment:

  • Once you have verified the link is correct, you will be able to use it to complete your purchase and access your course materials.
  • Please note that we have also fixed PayPal, so you now have more payment options available.

We do apologize for the temporary inconvenience that this is causing. Please be assured that we are working as hard as possible to resolve this issue not only in the short term, but permanently for the future.
